OVERVIEW OF OUR SERVICE

We provide Online Will Making Services to our Customers. We are not a Law Firm. Our Online Will Making Software would enable you to write contents of your Will as per Data key-in by you. Our Online Will Services platform is jointly developed by Wiserwill Pte. Ltd., Singapore and Omniwish LLP, India.

WISERWILL ONLINE SERVICES
Registration/Sign up for WiserWill Account
  1. To access our Online Will-making services, you must create an account using your registered email ID and complete all required fields during the sign-up process.
  2. You agree that you are of Legal Adult age for Singapore above 21 years of age and for India, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand above 18 years of age and you adhere to all policies of this website.
  3. Termination of your Account:We reserve the right to terminate accounts created by users who misappropriate the name, email address, or other personally identifiable information of another individual, or who provide incomplete or false personal information. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny approval for a user account or terminate an existing account, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion at any time. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the termination of your account or the refusal of service.
Maintaining your WiserWill Account
  1. Account Monitoring:The customer is solely responsible for any misuse of their login credentials and password. In the event of any unauthorized access or misuse, the customer must immediately notify us. Upon receiving such notification, we will take the necessary steps to address and mitigate the issue.
  2. Password Protection:You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must not share your account details with anyone. You agree not to use or share another person's account, username, or password. Additionally, you must not disclose your password to anyone. You agree to maintain only one account and to log out at the end of each session, taking all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
  3. Account Updates:You must update your account information promptly to ensure that it remains accurate and complete.
Using WiserWill Account to create Online Will
  1. Our Online Will platform provides a customer to prepare Will using multiple options available on the website and the customer is required to choose options which are applicable to his/her Will requirements. You may contact us in case you are not sure which options to select and/or are unsure about the Will steps of Online Will using WiserWill.
  2. An Online Will produced through this website and executed without first obtaining legal advice or conducting your own legal research is done entirely at your own risk. You accept full responsibility if the Will proves to be unsuitable for your circumstances. It is always advisable to seek specialist legal advice tailored to your specific situation.
  3. We have made every effort to ensure that our Online Will-making process covers general circumstances and events across each category, providing necessary options for common eventualities. However, an Online Will may not account for all individual or unique circumstances.
  4. Our Online Will platform would require you to fill-in all the required details as per the format to generate your Online Will. While certain details and clauses are mandatory, the other details and clauses may be optional.
  5. As per our Personal Data Protection policy, We do not store your Will details except Name of Testator, Will created for which Country and Date of Will creation/revision. When your Will is generated after the payment, a Datafile would be downloaded to your device. In the event if the system download is not successful due to your Browser settings then we have provided manual download options. You are responsible to make sure the datafile is downloaded to your device. This datafile you can use in future to Edit your Will during our Free Unlimited Will period of One year from the date of Will generated.
  6. A Will generated using our Online Will-making platform must be printed on plain paper and will only be legally valid once it has been signed by the Testator and attested by two Witnesses, in accordance with the provided instructions.

If you encounter any operational or system issues, you are required to contact us. We will provide assistance and address the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

AFFILIATES AND PARTNER SERVICES

We may collaborate with banks, financial institutions, financial and insurance advisors, charities, and other corporate entities or individuals (Affiliates) to promote, market, and sell our WiserWill Online Will-making services. Any links to third-party services or websites provided on our website are for convenience only. References to third-party information, services, products, hyperlinks, or other content do not constitute or imply our endorsement or recommendation. You acknowledge that your use of third-party websites is solely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any legal or other consequences arising from your access to or use of third-party content or services.

WEBSITE SECURITY POLICY

We do not guarantee that information posted on this Website cannot be intercepted by unauthorized parties or that it will be used exclusively for the intended purpose. LTD., OMNIWISH LLP, OR THEIR AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR COSTS EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO WISERWILL UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds for any Will successfully generated using our Online Will-making platform, nor do we issue refunds once a payment has been made and processed successfully through our payment gateway. We strongly advise and recommend that all potential users and clients carefully review their intent to proceed before making any payment.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Singapore for Wills created for Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand, and by the laws of India for Wills created for India. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
